pdc Client Portal Our Client Portal provides us a way of securely transfering sensitive documents with our clients through the internet. The Portal provides 256-bit SSL encryption during file transfer to and from our secure servers provided by CyrusOne (the same security used by banks). Once the file is uploaded, it is saved on the server with 256-bit SSL encryption. For more information on the security SmartVault employs, click HERE. PDF instructions on how to Upload / Download files to your SmartVault can be found HERE. Right-clicking on the link will give you the option to 'Save link as...' which allows you to save the PDF to your local computer. LOST/FORGOTTEN PASSWORDS If you have lost or forgotten your password to SmartVault, click on the "Can't Sign In?" link below the "Sign-In" button on the main SmartVault login page. You will be given the opportunity to enter your login, and receive an e-mail to re-set your password. Clicking the button below will direct you to the login screen for SmartVault.
